Customize qTest to fit your needs using custom fields, notifications, and other settings. We'll setup external ALM integrations, plan your project schedule, import requirements and/or test cases.
Your Customer Success Manager will schedule ahead of time virtual training and screen sharing over GoToMeeting. This includes qTest Admin and End User training. You'll also have access to:

Once we've completed Discovery, Implementation and Training, you'll be all set to go live with your qTest instance.
Quarterly Check in with Customer Success Manager along with 24/5 ticket support, new feature suggestions, online documentation and video tutorials are all provided for you.
We deploy 3 to 4 releases each year to incorporate customer suggestions and to keep you on the cutting edge. We'll proactively keep you updated to show you what's new and has changed.
