    Discovery

    Introduction to Customer Success Manager who will serve as your advocate through onboarding process and beyond! We'll discuss:

    – Goals for deployment
    – Next steps including configuration and training schedules

    Implementation

    QASymphony makes implementation and configuration simple and hassle-free.

  • Installation:

    OnDemand accounts will be activated immediately. OnPremise installations can be completed within a day!

  • Configuration:

    Customize qTest to fit your needs using custom fields, notifications, and other settings. We'll setup external ALM integrations, plan your project schedule, import requirements and/or test cases.

    Training

    Your Customer Success Manager will schedule ahead of time virtual training and screen sharing over GoToMeeting. This includes qTest Admin and End User training. You'll also have access to:

  • qTest Admin Training

  • qTest End User Training

  • eXplorer and qMap Training

    Launch

    Once we've completed Discovery, Implementation and Training, you'll be all set to go live with your qTest instance.
